What To Expect
The Pre Visit
Your pre-visit experience starts with a Welcome email that contains a New Guest digital consultation, parking information and everything you need to know for our appointment together. I will review your digital consultation form and will follow up with you via email to chat a little bit more about the information provided by you. You will receive a text, email, and/or Vagaro notification to confirm your appointment 72 and 24 hours before.
Your In Chair Experience
You will be warmly greeted at the door and once seated in the chair we will review the information you provided in your digital consultation form, your hair goals, lifestyle, any struggles you may have, and preferred maintenance schedule. While I work my magic, you will be able to relax with a complimentary drink of your choice and snacks, relax, work on your laptop, read, or chat with me. Prefer a silent appointment? Just let me know! I strive to make sure your needs are met and that you are comfortable.
After Goodbye
After our appointment, we will review after care, discuss recommended products, and a custom to you maintenance plan. Keep in touch via socials and I will be in touch between appointments.
