Use my online booking to request your appointment. Once accepted, you will receive a Welcome email from me! This email will give me an opportunity to get to know you and to provide you with all the information you need for your first appointment.
What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
Your pre-visit experience starts with a Welcome email that contains parking information and a digital consultation form to help me get to know you, your hair history, and your expectations for our appointment. If you are scheduled for 2 or more hours, you will also be treated to a complimentary lunch. Once you have filled out your digital consultation form, I will be reaching out to you via email to chat a little bit more about the information provided by you. You will receive a text to confirm your appointment 72 and 24 hours before.
Your In Chair Experience
You will be warmly greeted at the door and once seated in the chair we will review the information you provided in your digital consultation form, your hair goals, lifestyle, any struggles you may have, and preferred maintenance schedule. While I work my magic, you will be able to relax with a complimentary drink of your choice and snacks (and lunch if you are with me for 2 or more hours), relax, work on your laptop, read, or chat with me. Prefer a silent appointment? Just let me know! I strive to make sure your needs are met and that you are comfortable.
After Goodbye
After our appointment, we will review after care, discuss recommended products, and a custom to you maintenance plan. Keep in touch via socials and I will be in touch between appointments.
