Once the invoice is paid, I will accept your appointment and send you a Welcome email. The Welcome email will detail everything you need to know for our appointment together, as well as a digital consultation form. This gives me more information about you, your goals, and will allow me to determine if we are a good fit. It also goes over pricing and maintenance, home care, and my policies.
